What does the free version of Hustle include?
The free version of Hustle allows trainers to work with one athlete. That athlete must have a parent or guardian attached to the account to ensure transparency and safety. The free plan is designed to let trainers experience the platform before upgrading.
How many videos can I use on the free plan?
Free trainers receive 10 homework videos limited to 30 seconds each. Homework videos are automatically archived after 30 days. Free trainers also receive 5 permanent videos limited to 60 seconds each, which remain in the trainer’s library.
What’s the difference between homework videos and permanent videos?
Homework videos are short, assignment-based videos used for athlete responses and accountability. They are time-limited and archived automatically. Permanent videos are reusable training videos that stay in your library and can be assigned repeatedly.
UPGRADING YOUR ACCOUNT
What changes when I upgrade to Hustle Trainer – Tier One?
Upgrading increases your video limits and flexibility. Homework videos can be up to 90 seconds, and permanent videos can be up to 3 minutes. This tier is designed for trainers running ongoing, professional training programs. Pricing details are available on the Pricing page.
Do I need to upgrade to use live training sessions?
Yes. Live training sessions require the purchase of credits. This allows trainers to use live coaching when needed without committing to fixed monthly usage.
What am I paying for when I upgrade?
In addition to expanded video limits, you are paying for built-in safety, transparency, and organization. All communication and video content lives in one place, is visible to parents, and is monitored for safety. Hustle replaces scattered texts and DMs with a single accountable system.

What happens if my video is too long?
Hustle automatically enforces video length limits based on your plan. Videos that exceed the allowed duration will be rejected, and you’ll be prompted to shorten them before uploading.
What happens if I try to upload too many videos?
Each plan includes usage limits. Once limits are reached, new uploads will be denied until capacity becomes available through archiving or plan upgrades.
Why does Hustle enforce video limits?
Limits help maintain platform performance, encourage intentional coaching, support safety monitoring, and keep pricing fair for all users.
